Have you tried unplugging the power source and waiting 5 minutes and then plugging it back in. That is what I did just a few minutes ago and now mine is working again.

Hello there!

What this looks like is a problem with the batteries. Your batteries might be very low and need replacing. I would suggest replacing the batteries in your remote and seeing if that works.

If this does not work, you can try permanently syncing your Wii remote again.

You can do this by:
Step 1. Turn on the Wii console.
Step 2. Open up the back of the Wii remote and press the little red button that says "SYNC." next ot it.
Step 3. While the Wii remote's 4 LEDs are flashing, press the big rectangular "SYNC." button on the Wii console (in case you didn't know this, the Wii's SYNC. button is located under the plastic flap on the front of the Wii console, with the SD card slot). Wait a second, and the remote will register as a remote on the Wii console. This is the only sure-fire way to sync a Wii remote. TIP: make sure when you turn the console on, that you press A on the remote you want to be first player first, or it might get the remotes' player orders mixed up. They will still be synced to the console, but just in undecided orders. You will have to press A for the remote(s) you want to use every time you turn on the Wii console.

If all else fails I would suggest contacting Nintendo support at 1-800-895-1672 and they should be able to help you further. You could also go to your local electronics store that sells Wii products and get a replacement and follow the syncing as stated above.

NOT ABLE TO SEE THE LITTLE HAND?

Hi there,

If you can't seen the cursor on your TV, the problem is either with the Wii Remote or the Sensor Bar. Try changing the batteries. If you still can't see the cursor, then the problem is with the Sensor Bar. Go into the Wii Settings and adjust the sensitivity of the Sensor Bar, that should solve your problem.

I am unable to sync my wii fit board with wii multi console (modded console)

I've had this same problem, and I noticed the batteries went dead. Simply turn the Wii Balance Board over, and grab 4 AA size batteries. Insert them in properly, which means the negative (-) end always faces the metal part that sticks out. (not a spring) If you look closely, you can see 4 little battery icons. Insert them like it shows in the icons. Then press the power button on the Board, and it should turn on.

It's the only solution I know of currently. Hope it helps! :)
