Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have an officejet 5610 that suddenly stopped powering up. I have tested the output of the power supply it is showing 32v and 16v as it should. I plug it into the printer and test it again and there is now no output until I unplug from the mains and plug back in it then shows an output again.
So the power supply has an output until I plug it into the printer.

Windows users: Turn on printer.....
In the HP Solution Center, click Settings, point to
Print Settings, and then click Printer Toolbox. Click the Estimated
Ink Levels tab.
In the HP Image Zone, click the Devices tab. In the Select Devices area, click the icon for your HP All-in-one. In the Device Options
area, click Settings, and then choose Maintain Printer. If prompted, select your HP All-in-one, and then click Utilities.
Hope this works for you....Eye
