Question about E-Machines eMachines Desktop PC
I believe that the problem is with the switch. is there an easy way to fix this problem?
There is a way to bypass the switch and start the computer, just to verify that the switch is the actual problem....the only thing is it requires you to open up the computer case. Now if the computer doesn't start , then you know the problem is not the switch and will have to further troubleshoot it. If it does start, try going to e-bay and searching for a replacement switch

your desk and cover the surface, or you can fix it yourself with a little
sanding and varnish. Here's a site that
can take you through the necessary steps.
