Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Security ?lot? slot...

Do you mean security lock slot? There is a hole at the back of the computer which takes a device called a Kingston lock which is used to secure a laptop to a desk to prevent theft.

Did not open my web camera, pls help me, mo

Hello,
First check your device manager. To do this, on your desk top, right click computer folder and go to properties. Then click hard ware and click again device manager to see if the web cam driver is still not being installed. In knowing this, a yellow question mark over the driver's name appear. If it has, then you need to install the driver which comes with the OS.

Thanks

Pls help.my 2 gb kingston usb flash won't work..everytime i connect the device to the computer.it always says one of the usb devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows does not...

I'm not sure there is any kind of fix for this besides hopefully you are still in manufacturer warranty. If you cannot access the physical media, there is nothing I can do to help you. In this case, it sounds like the drive malfunctioned and the manufacturer should replace it for you.
