I have several users with the same problem. It is intermittent which adds to the confusion. Some send jobs never make it to the recipient. When I check the send log it shows a result NG 802. An 802 indicates a problem with the SMTP server name. This would make since if this was not intermittent. All of my Canons (24 of them) are experiencing this. My HP digital senders are not having any problems. I have verified the SMTP server name, all the TCP/IP settings, DNS, gateway, Max data size to 99. The recipient can receive most of the time but intermitently gets the 802 and sometimes a 995. The e-mail is from the address book so no typo on the e-mail address. This is a large 1300 user community. Any suggestions?

Neele, Error code E000019-0000 is a waste toner full , to get rid of this error, remove the waste toner bottle located left rear side of the machine, dispose of waste toner and clean the neck of the bottle because waste toner could obstruct the toner sensor beam. Switch off then on, OK to use.
