Question about Dell 1720dn Laser Printer
1: The printer is flashing the error light and only prints out the notice for needing to chang the imaging drum. I've changed the drum with two different new drums but the printer still won't acknowledge them.
2: A printer that worked fine last week was just reinstalled onto a new computer and now only prints blank pages when jobs are sent to it. It is not a toner problem because I can print the Printer Settings page fine. It constantly had the last orange light on. After I attempted to reset the counter by opening the cover and holding down Cancel until all the light flashed, now the first three lights are on and it still won't print!
Call Dell and get the drum count reset instructions. They should tell people this info...but neglect to. :P
