If you can see the frame of the picture but not the picture itself, it could be because of the washout effect. Right click on the picture and click on format picture. In the format picture window select the picture tab. You will see color and a drop down menu beside it. See if the washout effect is selected. If it is, change it to automatic. If that doesn't work let me know. Good Luck :)

Remove header footer

In both MS Word and Excel you go to the View Menu and select Header and Footer. It is simple to Delete any unwanted text from them.
In Word, In print layout view, you can quickly switch between the header or footer and the document text. Just double-click the dimmed header or footer or the dimmed document text.
To view a header or footer, switch to print layout view. To edit or format a header or footer, you need to display the header or footer you want.

I now have office2010 how do u scan a form in to be able to type on the form?

Hi,

what you want to do, is not possible. Only way to properly write on a form, is that you have the original digital computer version of it, sure you can scan it, but you can not use / write on the same way. Sure you can use the computer to ADD text into the form, if you scan it as a picture, and then use the Microsoft paint program to add text on the fields. But its not the same as having the original digital form to write on.

Or then I'm not informed on how to Scan a form, to turn it into a form and then to fill out that form on your pc.

Create a New Document
There are several ways to create new documents, open existing documents, and save documents in Word:

  • Click the Microsoft Office Button officebutton.gif and Click New or
  • Press CTRL+N (Depress the CTRL key while pressing the "N") on the keyboard

You will notice that when you click on the Microsoft Office Button and Click New, you have many choices about the types of documents you can create. If you wish to start from a blank document, click Blank. If you wish to start from a template you can browse through your choices on the left, see the choices on center screen, and preview the selection on the right screen.

I have text documents saved, when i open it says microsoft program not responding, i can open it on note pad

Hi gvenkatmd

After typing the document, save it as a word document NOT as a text document. If you save it as a text document Microsoft Word will not open it automatically.
Hope this will work for you.

Photographs randomly disappear each time a document is used.

Before you open up Publisher and this document, open up task manager and note how much RAM is used as well as your paging file usage. After you open the document, take another look at your RAM and paging file usage again. If both have increased dramatically, you may want to use smaller images (via compression for JPEG files or lowering the resolution of the images first). Or you could invest in more RAM for the computer.
