The codes have not changed, you can try and flash your box with the last released firmware, but virgin are changing over to nagravision 3, area by area.
When your area changes, thats it.......
There are NO fixes for this yet, and when they do sort something out, it will be for the new boxes that have an ethernet port.

this box updates automatically. virgin have found a way to cut the signal off. you can press menu then numbers 1570 and go onto nagravision menu and it will tell you how to enter the code. if you can't get this menu then you havent got the right firmware in the box. hope this helps.

press menu type 1570 press ok on nagravision change ntl in red box to chorus change key to 01 code aa 26 9e f2 e9 14 d1 ae press ok then exit 3 times channels will come back then turn off at back and they will reformat

Locate the SAP button or item in the menu. SAP (Secondary Audio Program) is the same as closed captioning, but it pretty much allows individual sources to decide what kind of secondary support they will offer.
This IS the voice you are hearing, but let me check out the exact method of removing it for you. BRB
