Whats the brown wire for on the panasonic CQ-CP134AU cd player

The brown wire is for the mute function- can be connected, but not necessary for the radio itself to function.

the brown/white is probably phone mute. the blue is power antenna remote turn on and the blue/white is amplifier remote turn on.

Stereo Sound

You could start by adjusting the Treble and Bass. The treble is what makes the high notes more nodicable, so if you turn the Treble up you should be able to hear more vocals. The Bass is what makes the low notes more nodicable, so if you turn the bass down you should be able to stop the shaking which I'm guessing is the low notes. On the other hand if you have an aftermarket radio then there might be a Mute or ATT button. Theses are for instant quiet, just repress the Mute or ATT button and it should be fine. I hope I could help.

No sound from CQ-1305U car CD/stereo

You may have one of this two problems:
One of the speaker wires is grounded to the chassis.
Or your car may have a factory amplifier between the radio and the speakers.
My suggestion is to rewire the speakers lines
