Question about Computers & Internet
I have a toshiba M55-S3512. At first my cd/dvd rom wasnt working. I let a friend check it out and now my cursor is frozen in the middle of the screen. None of the keys work, the only one that does is the power button. I trieed a USB mouse but still nothing. I can boot to safe mode but due to the non movement of cursor or arrow keys I cant select and thing. I tried the function, F9 key also
Sounds like all of the drivers were corrupted in some way. You will need to reinstall the drivers somehow, but since none of the input devices are working, you will need to have assistance doing this, either through a repair shop or through ASUS. If your warranty is still active, they will repair it free of charge.
Please rate, Thanks!
