If it's the same as mine you put it in the upper feeder face up, try one sheet first and once you see it works you can put miltiple sheets in and it should fax them in sequence, it is the same as if you were printing them. Single sheets can be scanned and faxed as mentioned above, but you do have the ability to do multiple sheets thru the feeder. Just make sure you have it set to fax.

Just put the redable side of the document on the glass and enter the fax mode and enter the fax number to which you want to send the fax and follow the onscreen message.

I'm trying to fax with my Canon MX310, do the fax papers I'm sending go up or down? thanks

Documents need to be face down if you put them on the glass or face up if you have an ADF (automatic document feeder) for single sided pages.

When you put the document on the glass line up the upper right corner of the page (as looking at the back of the paper) with the marker at the left back corner of the glass. If you are using the ADF, put the paper in such that the bottom of the page goes into the ADF first.

I hope this helps.

How to send fax

you put the paper face up, type the number and then press start, the phone line needs to be in the line connection and the other side in the wall plug, you need to see if you are using a direct phone line or if it is going through something on the way, other than that it is a very easy fax to use
