The device probably needs to be reset. While the handset is on, simply take out the battery, wait 1 minute, reinstall the battery, and power the device back up. If this does not resolve your issue, then you may be looking at something more serious. There are cellular handset repair shops, one in particular is called CPR, they specialize in cellular handset repair, just not sure if you have one in your vicinity. If not, there should be a similar company that you can use.
First Option:Please change The Phone Bettery and charger and check The check The Phone charging IF Charging Problem will Not Solved So Secend Option:Your Phone charging IC Fault SO Please change charging IC And charging Problem will SOlved thanks.
you need to reflash the OS on the phone you should take the
battery out first then connect it via the usb cable to the laptop/pc
you are using then open the blackberry desktop manager, click on the
apploader, then install the OS.
pls not that when u click on the apploader the pin should be
PIN:UNKNOWN you make need to do this like 4x before the pc sees the
pin:unknown but it will work once it see the pin:unknown you can
re-insert the battery and continue with reflashing the phone
i had this happen a while back on my htc 8120 and how i fixed it was take a usb cable to a computer and cut the mini usb off in there u will find a green black and red wire well cut the green wire and strip the black and red wire u will notice on your battery there are four post 2 hots and 2 negs take the red wire and split so it makes 2 and take the negative and split so it makes 2 now plug the usb into ur pc and touch the red wires to the 2 positive and take the 2 blacks and touch them to the 2 negatives it will only take a minute or so all u are trying to do here is jump the battery so your black berry has just enough juice to start so u can charge it.
Connect via USB to computer and see if computer recognizes the phone, if it does back up phone using BB desktop manager and get the handheld software from your service provider or blackberry.com and redownload software via the application loader.
