Hi, drum error codes in digital sharp copiers are non-existent. May be drum error symbols or display messages on touch screen types. They differ depending on model but the most common is reset code 24 sub 7 for example sharp 5015 you rest by pressing; C,Interrupt, 0, Interrupt keys and then inputting the above keys. So are You sure that sensor works, is there any left overs of old film on sensor, reconnect all connectors related to the film sensor, is the "white" spot dirty or damadged, are you sure that fixing film is rotateing properly??????????

Hope that something of this will help you to find solution....

Okay, to be of real help you have to reset the error in service mode as the officetech1 said. To do this you need to press the head key (the head with the star inside) then 2+8 together and then the head key again. This will get you into service mode. Then select 'COPIER' then 'FUNCTION' then 'CLEAR' then select 'ERROR' or 'ERR' press 'OK' then switch the machine off and on again. This may get it working for a while or a long time. But if not, you will need a fixing film unit to remedy the problem.

EP3050 error code C004A

A C004a code is a error code with a fan in the copier. It is either not working or is making a noise. You may be able to hear the affected fan and try to lubracate it. There is a Trouble reset botton behind the cover of the display contrast knob. Its on the inside front cover above the fixing unit. Try to rest the code there first. Good Luck
