I just got mine to work by forcing water into the pump to force it to prime. I took a syringe for a meat injector and built a gasket so it would seal over the water intake. Then I forced several syringes of water into the pump till it finally picked up and caught its prime.

I didn't have a turkey baster on hand, but if you pour white vinegar into the reservoir, open your Keurig like you normally would to get the liquid into the system and out of the reservior. Just let it sit there for a while. The vinegar will work it's way through. It's a slow process, but slowly it starts to get into the keurig and your keurig will evenutally start allowing the liquid to flow through. You have to keep letting it drip through, then brew. fill more vinegar, let it trickle through, then brew. It might take all day, but the vinegar breaks down the scales.

Mine did the same thing. I tried removing the filter and running vinegar to no avail. Once I gave up and unplugged the machine, and after driving down to the closest McDonald's for some much needed coffee, I got online and started reading some of these fixes. Seemed unplugging is important because I plugged it back in and voila! it worked!

Beans grind and are wet but coffee doesn't come out... it goes through the cycle and spits out a little. When cycle is complete, the water light comes on, but after priming the same thing occurs.

This tells me that either the grind is too fine and or the brew unit screen, and discharge tube needs to be cleaned. Try this first press the button for making a espresso using the manual function, do not add coffee through the door then press the brew button. If water flows freely then the grind is too fine, if you get the water prime error then the screen under the red o-ring on the brew unit needs to be cleaned.

The display always reads Not Ready. I have to turn the machine off for at least 10 sec now every time I make a new cup of coffee. It also sounds odd when it's drawing the water in to the heating...

There is air in the lines and it is blocking the water flow...
