SOURCE: bh 101 bluetooth headset lost manual and forgot pairing code

Try this: 1. Ensure that your phone is switched on. 2. If the headset has not been previously paired with a device, switch on the headset. The headset enters the pairing mode, and the indicator light starts to flash blue quickly. If the headset has been previously paired with another device, switch off the headset, and press and hold the multifunction key until the indicator light starts to flash blue quickly. 3. Activate the Bluetooth feature on the phone, and set it to search for Bluetooth devices. See the user guide of your phone for instructions. 4. Select the headset from the list of found devices. 5. Enter the passcode 0000 to pair and connect the headset to your phone. In some phones, you may need to make the connection separately after pairing. You only need to pair the headset with your phone once. If pairing is successful, the headset appears in the menu of the mobile phone where you can view the currently paired Bluetooth devices. When the headset is connected with your mobile phone and ready for use, the indicator light of the headset slowly flashes blue.

SOURCE: pairing

There are 3 codes to try for these units. 0000, 8888 and 1234. This from the manual after taking the thing apart and dinking around checking voltages. Also on some units with a joystick type button beware that the LED lens is a Button !! That threw me fits. Its all working now and, up to 30 ft away to boot. Nice unit.

BTW the small hole on top is a MIC. I stuck it with a pin thinking
it was a reset button : /

The manual is like 1/10th scale and very hard to read, its in Chenglish. I took mine apart, found the second button and pressed that to sync it thinking, hmm how am I going to turn it off once I put the cover back on ?

Put it back together and took a chance and pressed hard on the LED lens and Bingo ! It started its sync up. 0000 did NOT work, 8888 did for me on my Palm Treo 755P phone with Ptunes. Shows up as an R36.

Very good sounding unit. Just took me a while to fingure out.

God Bless Ya'All
G'luck with yours.

Go to ur phones bluetooth settings - activate pair new device - at the same time press and hold the on button on your blue tooth head set for about 10-15 seconds - this will enter the device into pair mode - on your phone - click on pair with new device etc etc, the default access code is either 0000 or 1234

I'm going to assume that power cycling does not fix anything for you, so I suggest you reboot and change the settings under Preferences Menu > Start-up Mode to Standby (then reboot the device again). This fixes it in most cases.

VAOVA twintuner DTR 250 GB not receiving anything since 1st October, not showing time in LED display segment, but is showing red & green lights (remote control receptors?)

Just fixed mine - replaced TIP31C (Q1 with heatsink) on power supply board. Also changed 100uF (E3) & 470uF (E4) capacitors, although probably not necessary.

Nokia N95 Bluetooth

I have just spoken with 3 as I had the same problem with my Nokia N95.

The solution is:

Menu
select Tools
select Bluetooth
at top option blue tooth on - select right hand navigation button
it will say (no paired devices) select Options and select new paired device this will then seach for other blue tooth devices.

Good luck everyone
