Hi! Sometimes really hard to remember which of these models is which, so please forgive me if this is not a complete solution.  I'm pretty sure you will find there are two filters.  The first is a foam filter, and is located at the bottom of the bag compartment.  It pulls out to the front, and is washable (of course it must be completely dry before re-use).  The second (and here I'm on less secure ground) is a HEPA filter, and is located behind a removable panel on the front of the bag compartment door.  The HEPA filter is not washable, but rarely if ever needs to be changed unless the machine has been used for vacuuming a lot of extremely fine dust. I hope this helps, and I value your feedback. Please remember to rate my response.  Good luck!

How do I improve suction of the Panasonic mc cl310 vacuum

Hi, it's Jeremy from Crucial Vacuum.

There are a few potential solutions you should try. You can check the hose and canister to make sure nothing is lodged in them. If nothing is there and it does not fix the problem, your issue could be related to your brush-roll. Check your brush-roll to make sure that nothing is interfering with it. If that does not solve the issue, the next area that should be checked is your vacuums filters. Filters should be replaced every 3 to 6 months for optimal performance.

Panasonic mc e468

My guess is it has plastic teeth that latches on somewhere, use flathead screwdriver gently to see if it'll budge. Normally the bottom is where it detaches, start there.

Why does my Vacuum shut off!

Has this happened numerous times? If so, and the filters (all filters) are thoroughly cleaned then its possible the thermal protection circuit could be worn out in the motor. If not, it could be an assortment of other issues. Could you please provide more info?

The 10 amp thermal fuse on my Panasonic MC-E468 vacuum cleaner has blown. Unfortunately the red ink has worn off exactly where the temperature rating is printed so even with a magnifying glass cannot make...

It appears the fuse is not available separately. Standard retail price for the complete unit is £9.00 including VAT. We can supply at that price plus postage and packing at cost, which would probably be no more than £2.50.  If this is of interest to you, please reply with an email address where I can contact you direct.

Panasonic MC-E468 vacuum cleaner loss of suction

HI If the cleaner is loosing suction make sure to check all inspection tubes and the dirt channel hoses after the spinning brush. Also check the main hose for any clogging. One of the worst faults of this model is clogging hoses. Hope that helps you.
