I have a Nikon promaster FL120 flash. I put new batteries in it and now it won't work. What could be the issue?

If it was working and the only thing you did was change batteries. it can really only be two things. Bad batteries or they were not put in correctly.

Try another set set batteries that are fresh out of the box and also make sure they are put in the flash in the correct way.

How to remove a battery on a samsung flip cell phone SCH-u36 ?

Just follow the discussion in the owners manual here: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/SCH-U365HAAVZW

The battery cover on the back of the phone protects the battery.
Removing the battery cover
1. Hold the phone firmly and locate the Cover Release Latch.
2. Firmly "pop" the cover off the phone.

Installing the battery cover
Align the cover and press it into place, making sure it snaps securely.

I am going through lithium 9x's batteries VERY fast with my SB-600. When I try to change the batteries they're so hot you can barely touch them. When I do Weddings I usually go through 3 sets of batteries...

The most likely explanation for batteries overheating to that degree is that something in your SB-600's electronic circuitry is drawing excessive current. It is likely that there is a short circuit, a component is about to fail or a component has changed value over time. That happens most commonly with resistors and capacitors. I would recommend that you discontinue using your flash and have it checked out by a camera repair man. By using it when your batteries are getting so hot, you are risking having a battery swell up to the point that it cannot be removed from the battery compartment or a battery explosion that could cause, at the very least, extensive damage.

Changed batteries because some had corrision on them and now flash won't work at all?

Did you clean the contacts in the SB-600 when you discovered the corroded batteries? I use a pencil eraser followed by alcohol on a Q-tip. Make sure that all of the contacts are shinny and there is no remaining sulfate residue. If that does not solve the problem, there are other issues.

Hi there remove the battery and clean the battery compartment & make sure there is no dust or sulfur layer. after that try with fully charged battery . If not working then i am sure the fuse is cut off and the cost of the fuse is very chip. Not more that 1$. Thanks you.

Change a bulb

Hi Janet,

Put on rubber gloves.
Hold bulb and push down and turn counter clockwise to remove bulb.

Maybe hard to remove, try spraying WD-40 first. MAKE SURE AC CORD(power cord) is disconnected. Wait a few hours and try to remove the bulb.
