Question about Olympus EVOLT E-500 Digital Camera
I have an Evolt E500 and the LCD Screen does not display anything! The backlight is on - when I power the camera on the screen gets a little brighter than when it is off and if you view it at tight angles you see more illumination. The camera still takes photographs, flashes etc but no display - very frustrating.
Any suggestions would be grateful.
P.S. The camera has been well used for a few years (proberbly not worth sending to olympus!) I have swapped similar screens in psps but can not find any info/part number for the E500 screen.
So u are saying that ur camera is taking pics perfectly but u r unable to see them on lcd but u can see them on PC is that so then ur LCD is faulty offcourse is there any button to toggle lcd on/off if it doesnt help then my dear get it replaced
but if u can see some signs on lcd like info or something then my friend the problem is bigger than u think it is CCD failure
let me know if i can help u in this more and pls do vote me
