replace pasenger door switch first i have seen both master and reguler switches go bad at teh same time beecause teh door swithc never gos noticed by the driver untill the master switch gos bad
It coukd be jyst a wire come iff specially when banging a door
If any damp or rain has gone into the window than it could be the relay attached to the seitch
When you press the seitch does it click
This can be sticky or actually broken
The problem is minimal but removing the panel is lengty and tricky
If you have a tester you can use it to trace the fault and check the switch , relay etc
If the problem is not there by the window than you have to retrace breakage along the wire and possibly main relay
First if all check the fuse if separate from other window
You have activated the passive antitheft system connect the battery then lock and unlock the drivers door several times and try to start the vehicle make sure all doors and windows are up and locked and trunk closed before you connect the battery
you need to check the wiring harness on the drivers side front door where it comes from the inside of the car to the inside of the front d/s door....the best way to do this is remove the left kick panel and remove the left door panel.....then unplug the harness inside the kick panel and feed it out to the outside of the car and then to the inside the door panel.....untape and pull back the rubber around the harness and start checking for broken wires and also double check all of them by pulling on them.....these will break over time by opening and closing the door so much and always right in the bend of the door......this is a common problem on these cars....let me and fixya know if i was able to help you and a thumbs up and a comment would be appreciated......if i can help in any other way let me know.....thanks and have a blessed day.......
most cars have a rod that gos from the handle to the latch. you need to get behind the door panel some how that is going to be hard with the door closed and pull the rod. your door should open most likely parts of the door panel will brake i am not sure what your door panel looks like but where the handle gos through the panel you might be able to get the rod through that hole but im not sure
