I bought this printer a month ago. Usually it's ok and i can print. But today it won't. The A4 paper seem to be stuck. When i press the install paper button, it doesn't work. The A4 paper doesn't want to go in.

Please determine what size you are trying to print (A4, Letter, Legal, etc.). The printer is requesting A4 sized paper in the maunal paper feeder becuase either you selected manual feed or the setting for the default try (usually tray 1) is not set to the correct paper size. In your case, make sure the green slide adjustment on tray 1 is set to A4.
There could be something blocking the paper path. Remove the sheets of paper from the feeder. Grab a flashlight and look into the feeder. Make sure there are foreign objects or debris that could cause this problem.
you have to check paper settings (letter, A4..etc)
For examle - > if you trying to print A4 but printer expecting Letter this error will occur...
If you using Windows XP - .> click start button, then click on Printer and Faxes, select your printer and then click right mouse button on him, select Properties, then click Printing Preferences, now click on tab Paper/Quality and select right paper format...
This is looking for Letter Sized Paper and presumably nit A$ that you normally use. This is usually caused by printing US documents and not resetting the paper size in the application before printing as the paper size will be embedded in the document in its original format. Simply select the whole document and then reset the paper size to A4. You may need to check the document for lost images and tables but generally the text should be OK. Also the index and table of contents will also be affected as you will presumably have more A4 pages in the reformatted document that in the original.
It seems you have some piece of paper in the carrier.
Could be just a very small piece somewhere in it... remove the cover and take a very close look. Check all rolls if they are loose or if something is locking them.
