It isn't a problem with the curser. What you describe there usually happens if you have software, graphical demands, a corrupted driver or the like that almost maxes out your hardware.
Either that or your computer needs a good decent cleaning and freezes because it overheats.
When the curser freezes, first press the windows button to see if the entire computer is frozen. The windows button is in the lower left of the keyboard near Crtl and Alt buttons. If the computer is still working, then i would start with the software that is running the mouse. I think Toshiba has their own proprietary software that runs their mouse pads. Try to update the software through Toshiba's website. If that does not work, i would try updating the driver for the mouse. If that does not work, you may want to contact Toshiba for more detailed assistance.
Hi, First check your charger with a digital volt meter. + on the inside - on the outside. You should have a little more what your battery is rated at. If that is OK check connections to and from the Laptop.
My guess is that your charger is not working. Relpace with new and your good to go. Also check for a bad connection on laptop.
The cursor freezes when the system is freezing up for some reason ..and the action was a good one ..The idea is when the system is stuck ..it probably either didn't found a file and will stay that way ..or the actions selected was beyond its resources..or so .. main action is to turn it off by cutting all power/..this way it is similar with a soft reset and if the operation system is not damaged will boot again in normal way ..(if it shows multiple choises ...select to boot to the last known configuration that worked..and press enter ..
I believe this would be caused by a couple of things. The first, and most likely is probobly that it needs a driver update. If this is not the case, go to computer properties(Right click 'My Computer', then hardware (if xp) then device manager. Go to pointing devices and uninstall the mouse driver.
Yes, you will be unable to control ur laptop. Simply turn off and then the computer will recognise the maouse/mousepad and install the driver.
The second problem could be to do with a nasty little bug out there thats causes both your curser and/or keyboard to act erraticly.
hi im josh in cebu phils.friend may i help you? friend if the cursor doesn't appear, stops or keep on place when you are typing 3 problems are involved; first a virus is present in your document and it will affect the cursor. 2nd the mouse is damage or there maybe some dirt on it try to clean it especially when you are using ball mouse.or even optical you still clean the sides of the hole. and 3rd the connection on your pc is lossen try to check it.mount it properly. thats all friend good luck hope i helped you.
When you said your cursor freeze, does the computer still respond or the whole computer froze. If the computer froze, then it could be anything from, memory, hard drive, cpu, or mainboard. Does the keyboard works, if just the cursor freeze, try using a usb mouse.
