No it looks like they stopped the support at the old one, this means they did'nt make any drivers for the old one to function on vista. Vista uses a very diferent driver model than xp does. The drivers for xp won't work in any way on vista.
If u tell me the system configuration and motherboard type and all the details i can find your drivers for you.
If u find the name and type of ur motherboard u can google it and find the drivers on the website of the manufacturers.

You need to go to the Lexmark support site and A) Make sure you are using the latest driver and specifically one that works with Vista and B) If none exist then your existing driver may have become corrupted...try it again (reinstall). Tango.
