Question about Transcend 4GB JetFlash 110 USB 2.0 Flash Drive (TS4GJF110) Media

Cannot read my 4GB memory stick (Transcend)

I've had my stick for 6 months, used it about 7 times. I used it yesterday to transfer music from my 4GB to my MP3 player. Some of the folders I couldn't open, they were USBC applications. I tried to delete these folders and I was denied.
When I tried to format my stick, I was denied too. Now, the icon for my stick shows on My Computer but when I click on it, it says prompts me to insert the memory stick.
Is there anything I can do to save it or is it a lost cause??

Do not format your memory card if you have important data on it. Try taking help of technical person. May be your card is infected by virus or it is corrupted.

I can't transfer file larger than 4GB on my transcend 16GB but i can transfer different files less than 4 GB if the sum does not exceed 16GB

If your device uses the FAT32 file system, 4GB (minus 1 byte) is the maximum file size supported. It's simply a limitation of the file system.

Music to my easyram 2gb stick 4rom internet.

There are several ways to transfer music into your memory card. Please read the options below:

1. Main thing to do, download music to your computer using a program (i.e. Lime Wire)
2. Save the downloaded music to your computer where you can easily find it.
3. You need a USB card reader where you can insert your memory card.
4. Insert the USB card reader while the memory card is inside of it.
5. Make sure that the computer will recognize your memory card and verify the drive letter that will be assigned to it. (i.e. D:)
6. Locate the music and then right-click on it and then select Send To.
7. Select the drive letter of your memory card (D:) and the music will be transferred to it.

*Another thing*
1. Open the driver letter (D:) assigned to your memory card by double-clicking it.
2. Highlight all the music that you would like to transfer.
3. Place the mouse pointer to the selected music and hold down the left-click button of the mouse and then drag it over to the memory card.

Micro sd card not working

I'm having the same problem with a Transcend 4GB microSDHC card / microSD adapter. I have also found it probably has something to do with the card reader...either the card reader is an SD card reader trying to read an SDHC card OR the card reader is not able to read high-gigabyte SD cards (over 1 GB in some cases).

Damaging stored Files!!!!

When it seemed the files were damaged on the camera, have you tried to read them from a computer using a reader (many laptops have SD readers built in)?
If the data is there on the PC, better take the camera to service before the problem becomes more severe. If on the PC the data is damaged, try using another card, if everything  is OK with the other one, discard the problem card or try to clean the contacts as follows:
Remove card, put it on table with gold contacts facing up, use a cotton tipped stick with some ethyl alcohol (not alcohol drinks!) or isopropyl alcohol (many cleaning solutions like magnetic head cleaners) to thoroughly clean each contact. Avoid spilling and leaving drops on the card. Dry the card well before inserting it again. Never use water or other cleaning solutions or you'll ruin your card.

Also it is a good idea to use cards up to 2GB, as 4GB and bigger have different signalling and may cause problems with your camera.
