An old Intel entry server motherboard, that uses a Slot 1 Intel processor,

Over by the white IDE connector on the Right side of the motherboard, (Motherboard installed in computer case), there is a 9-pin Front Panel header.

It is the usual Intel 9-pin Front Panel header,

Need the pin settings for scsi led header for intel sever board s875wp1-e

SCSI Hard Drive Activity LED Connector
The SCSI hard drive activity LED connector is a 1 x 2-pin connector that allows an add-in SCSI controller to use the same LED as the on-board IDE controller. For proper operation, this connector should be wired to the LED output of the add-in SCSI controller. The LED indicates when data is being read from, or written to, both the add-in SCSI controller and the IDE controller.

Test the 2 pins using a multi-meter to determine which is + and which is -. Nowhere in the manual does it say which is which.

While the power is off at the wall. remove the BIOS battery for about a min, then reinstall in the correct orientation. Power on at the wall socket and turn on. Was the board working before you flashed the BIOS?
It is possible that the BIOS is now currupt and therefore doesn't work go to www.badflash.com for more information.
They may be able to replace your BIOS chip.

Your timeous rating of this solution is much apperciated.

ATA/IDE has nothing to do with SATA. Ignore.
Try plugging in the drives into the non RAID sata ports on the motherboard. I think when you disable raid you also disable the raid ports. You should have another set of sata ports on the motherboard, probably a different colour.
