Not typing the right letters?  mach. resets when you turn the mach,. off and then back on. need to know what the problem is, not what you think is the solution.

You have to move the margins, and reset them. no default for margins.

How to Use a Smith Corona Typewriter A Smith Corona typewriter can be either a manual or electric model. Whichever model you have, the typewriter works in basically the same way. If you are familiar with a computer keyboard, you can type on a typewriter as the keys are laid out exactly the same. Unlike a computer, typing mistakes are harder to correct and, unless you use carbon paper, you will only have one copy of any document you type.

Will not Type letter or numbers only types small things in upper corner of keys (blue), tried to reset but still no luck -Smith corona Model KA13


Their is a mode or function key on the keyboard somewhere. Use it to activate or deactivate the keyboard features.
