Question about Garmin StreetPilot 2720 GPS Receiver
Do you down load on the computer?
and connect onto the gps?
will you pleas tell me in detail how one goes about this?
I am a senior and some times things dont come easy ; I am in need of some help.
You connect the 2720 to your pc with the supplied usb cable.
Power up the 2720 with the ac supply cable.
Then run the garmin webupdater. It will do the update.
You must have previously installed the webupdater and the usb drivers. If you use the garmin mapsource software and can connect to the 2720, to transfer waypoints, tracks, etc., then the usb drivers are already installed.
You can download the webupdater at this site:
Hope this helps.
