Yeah i dont want to sound mean or harsh but have you tried putting in a storage device like a memory card or hard drive that may help or your storage device is just loose

I recently bought the new xbox 360 and when i enter my email address a whole new gamer tag came on and not the one where i have xbox live what can i do?

the only way this could happen is if you entered the wrong email address. Try to recover gamertag in the profiles section and enter the correct email and password to see if it can retrieve your actual gamertag and profile.

Go go XBOX Guide button and sign out from all of your profiles. Select 'Recover Gaming tag' and enter all the information.Sign in to your profile. Now if you are using Zune tag check your billing information. You need to do this billing process otherwise there is no way of downloading any content from XBOX live

My ebox just deleted my entire profile

Just use the "Recover Profile" option on the dashboard.

NOTE: This only works if your connected to Xbox Live and the profile has been recently Synced with The Xbox live Servers So No Live=No Profile Recovery.
The Recover Gamertag function is on the same side bar where you login to a profile..

After your Xbox starts hit the Xbox button on your controller and 'Recover Gamertag from Xbox Live' should be right under 'Create New Profile'..

Once you select 'Recover Gamertag from Xbox Live' it will walk you through the steps required..

I would suggest you to visit the forum and discuss your problem http://forums.xbox.com/

WHAT CAN I DO IF I ACEDANTALLY ERASE HARD DRIVE AND PROFILE ON XBOX 360

If the profile that is deleted was an Xbox live profile, then that profile can recovered through Xbox live.
However there is no way to recover anything else stored on the Xbox console that includes any offline profiles and game saves.

I have a corrupt file problem I have 2 xbox 360's and one is modded/banned from live and the other I diddnt mod so I can play online. Now I've been playing both for about a year but now I get corrupted...

um dont have the modded xbox hooked to the internet online bro, they see what that one tag does when you go online to gain ur achevements. so my point is to have ur Acheicement points show up on ur gamertag or your profile for instance, it has to be legit, that other xbox must have some file thats not allowing to use it cause that other xbox still has its internet hooked up
i think

My xbox 360 profile is corrupt.

IF your profile is not an xbox live account, your xbox profile cannot be recovered, however, if your account is an xbox live account all you need to do is have no one signed in, press the center xbox button, go down to recover account and enter your information
