1. go to the wrench (options)
2. select mobile network
3. service provider should show in the mobile network ( sprint, at&t , t-mobile )
4. click on the provider a menu should come up scroll to start provisioning
(note: make sure you are in your service network before provisioning, i am always roaming and have to drive half way to the town next to me just to get my phone to work
