Question about Mozilla Firefox
My internet browsers have been acting up.
Using Firefox and Internet Explorer; when i click a link it automatically opens it in a new tab, also often it goes to a website that i have not clicked. I have tried to uninstall Firefox but am unable to for some odd reason. I have ran many virus and spyware checks to no avail.
Your help would be much appreciated.
You can't force a link to open in a present window, if a link instructs a browser to open it in a new tab/window. (that is the case with most of the download links, and more of them.)
If You want to open it in a new window instead of a tab, go to Tools, Options, go to Tabs, and in the firs row, select in a new window instead of in a new tab.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
