Trying to open Jpeg file and says sorry cannot open. Help please to solve this.

- Just downloaded Picture It 7.0-tried to open a file box reads-"sorry cannot open this file" Any ideas? I have vista but is supposed to work with Vista- higgisue2000Solution #1

Right click on your jpg file, select OPEN WITH,
and select the desired program to open your pictures with
now, there must be a check box at bottom saying:
always use this program to open this kind of file
check it, and click ok.
not it should open your jpg file.
