Question about HP Pavilion dv6000z Notebook
My problem was that my HP Pavilion laptop would not start, and I was asked to give the serial number to check if the warranty was still good. Well here it is:
The model is an HP Pavilion dv 6700 laptop with vista home premium. ( I hope that's what you mean by model?) It also says dv6911om??
I hope this helps.. On the label it says 1 year after the the word warranty, so I'm guessing it would be covered, but my question now is what do I do to get it recovered? (Send it in??)
You can send it in or you can find a local authorized repair center here:
If you have any more questions please ask, please don't forget to rate my solution.
If your computer isn't a year old, it's covered so no need to look up warranty info.
