Question about Kyocera FS-C5030N Led Printer
Here is what I would do... I would perform color registration... to fix the issue... then I would buy a surge protector... in case power problems are throwing my copier off... and if it happens again in a month then I would change the transfer belt...

Check the paper size settings.if you are using custom paper sizes, you have to specify the sizes on the printer, otherwise it will think that it has a standard paper size
