It seems that your system infected by virus! Go to start, choose run, type inside of the run box: - shoutdown ------ if it couldn't help I strongly suggest you to install a good firewall (like kaspersky, Macafee, NOD 32)  and then update it and after all scan your system and restart it.
good luck

Can't connect to TV

Most connection problems that prevent streaming occur on the device itself, or on the home network. In a nutshell, we will have you test the Internet connection on the device, log out and back into Netflix, restart your device, and restart your home network equipment.
Select your device from the list below for steps tailored to your device:

I purchased an acer aspire have net router every thing but just by pushing the fn and f3 button still cant seem to get open launch manager to turn on wi-fi help please

Hi,

The best way to check if the computer can access to Internet is to boot the computer to "Safemode with Networking", to do so, restart the computer and as soon as it restarts keep on tapping F8 key, now select "Safemode with Networking" from the Advance boot menu. Try to connect to internet. If you are able to connect to Internet then the issue is with the firewall on you computer, contact the firewall manufacturer or settings. If you are still unable to connect to Internet, then the internet setting are not correct, you may need to contact the ISP.

Thanks and regards,

Hi my wirless is switched on but cannot find any thing where i can see connections

Hi,

First check if your computer is detecting any networks. To do so, click on the wireless icon on your computer taskbar nearby to system time (bottom right hand corner), if you are able to see your wireless network, if yes, select it and click connect, once connected, open IE and try to access web page. If in case you are not able to view any web page and connection remains active, I suggest you try to connect in "Safemode with Networking", to do so, restart the computer and as soon as it restarts keep on tapping F8 key, now select "Safemode with Networking" from the Advance boot menu. Try to connect to internet. If you are able to connect to Internet then the issue is with the firewall on you computer, contact the firewall manufacture for settings. If you are still unable to connect to Internet, then the Internet setting are not correct, you may need to contact the ISP

Thanks
Jitha

Wireless adapter will not connect

Hi,

First of all let us reset the BIOS, to do so, restart the computer and keep on tapping F2, you will enter to BIOS setup utility, press F9 (click "Yes", if you are prompted) and then press F10 (Click "Yes", if you are prompted), it will restart the computer. Now, try to connect to a wireless network. It should work, but if not, I suggest you try to connect in "Safemode with Networking", to do so, restart the computer and as soon as it restarts keep on tapping F8 key, now select
"Safemode with Networking" from the Advance boot menu. Try to connect to internet. If you are able to connect to Internet then the issue is with the firewall on you computer,
contact the firewall manufacture for settings. If you are still unable to connect to Internet, then the Internet setting are not correct, you may need to contact the ISP.

Computer must be restarted to reach internet.

hi,

following could be the reasons:-

1. Check if you have a separate button for enabling wireless network. If so in some case you may have to enable the wireless network by switching on the wireless connection manually on getting back from stand by or hibernate mode.

2. Try to refresh the wirless network connection

3. Check the status of the wireless network icon in the task bar.

Hope this solution was helpful
