I cannot connect to the internet after doing a master reset
My phone was freezing up constantly and so I did the master reset on it. Now, it is working again however, I cannot connect to the internet or set up my email again for some reason. Can you tell me what to do? Thanks!
Click that link and send yourself the settings for the internet and email. Make sure you choose internet and not "vpn internet" unless you have a VPN. If you don't know what a vpn is you don't have it.

I have had some phones, such as S60 and S80. very easy to cope with the problem when an error occurs in the system or fail booting. I mean here such as: Ctrl+Shift+F+Power button on S80 or Shift+3+Call button+Power button on S60. (make sure the device is off). So, whether there are ways like this in the SE Java? Especially on SE UIQ?
After a Master reset your phone might sometimes freeze. If your phone freezes displaying a SEMC logo or a charging message:
Open the back cover and remove the battery for about 10 seconds.
Insert the battery again, and replace the back cover.
Take out the battery for 2 minutes, then put it back in.
You are going to need to do a Master Reset which resets the phone to factory settings. This will erase all data entered into the phone, your contacts, calendar, etc., but will leave the SD card intact.
Hold down the center button of the navigational pad, and power button at the same time which will trigger the master reset. Follow the directions on the screen.
Once you've performed the master reset, goto the Motorola site to do a full update to your phone. This, in my experience, will eliminate the freezing problems associated with the Motorola Q9M, Q9c, Q9h, etc.
Then put in your phone model and they will send you a code and then another text with automatic installation instructions just type in the code previously set and it should auto set your internet settings.
Please explain more.
Have you tried a hard reset. Hold down the two soft key (above the Mail and Internet Explorer button) and use the stylus to hold down the "Soft Reset" recessed button near the USB charger.
You are going to loose all your data, make sure you back it up first.
Connect to the internet automatically - the phone is connection manager aware. Go to the Start Menu->Settings->Connections Tab->Connections->Advanced Tab->Select Networks-> and select "My Work Network" for both connections so the phone cannot connect to the internet.
I am having the same issue with a phone I bought on Dec 17, and they are saying to try a master reset (I have too because it is almost inoperable at this point) and then they will ship me a new phone if not! Call t-mobile if it is new b/c it is still under manufacturer warranty!
