Question about Dell Latitude D600 Notebook
Keypad sound buttons not active. Sound works elsewhere but when I need to turn up down or off I always have to resort to icon which takes a while to activate (a few seconds) but is troublesome when needing to volume up down and off quickly.
Looked everywhere but everything seems to be turned on in settings.
You need to use Disk Manager.

Once you're there just right-click the external drive disk and intialize it. Windows will then supply a drive letter and you're in business.
