Question about RCA M4208 MP3 Player
I charged it through my laptop and it was on, but also stuck on the Initializing screen. after unplugging it and trying to turn it on, it won't do anything, even after holding the Menu button for a minute....help?
Try resetting it with a paper clip or toothpick through the hole in the back. Its pretty deep but if you push gently you'll feel the slight click as the button goes down.. You can also download the firmware update from the rca site . You can use this to reformat your player. I was messing around with one that was given to me last night until I got a boot error. I reset and reformatted. Might could have just gotten away with reformatting.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
