Has it happens my G/F has the same model laptop and its doing the same thing, hers is fine for the time being but its the graphics card or a loose connection, i cannot open it up because its still under warranty.
If yours is still covered by the manufacturers warranty take advantage of it and send it in to be fixed or replaced.

Majority of the time it means a component is failing on your lcd. It will get progressively worse, the only way to fix it is to replace the lcd unfortunately.
You could try a bios update just in case fujitsu addressed it somehow in regards to the video-lcd power output, it can't hurt to try.
