This feature requires you to go into system programming to change the hold reminder time. Different Systems have different codes in programming. If you have the system programming manual specific to your system, it should be relatively easy to change that. Or, you could ask your system administrator to do it for you.

On second thought, you may want someone who has a lot of knowledge in programming telecom systems, because although it may be fairly easy, if you press even one wrong button, you may mess up your whole system.

Need to change hold music ASAP

How about turning off the Music On Hold source at the phone system. It will be an external device ( radio, mp3 or cd player ) and turn it back on when you are on-line.

#652 Time
#651 Date

To set the time you fist have to know military time. if the time is 1:00 am it is 0100 military, 6:00pm is 1800

1:00am= 0100
2:00am=0200
3:00am=0300
4:00am=0400
etc until you get to 12pm
12:00PM=1200
1:00pm=1300
2:00pm=1400
3:00pm=1500
and so on until midnight 12am
12:00am=0000

now the minutes are the same
1:30pm=1330
2:45pm=1445
3:12pm=1312
4:50am=0450

the seconds are the same
5:35:45 am= 053545
8:10:30 pm= 201030

so the is is the format as Phone dude was putting it Hours:Minutes:Seconds

to adjust set update the time and date on the toshiba dkt3020sd dkt 3020-sd dkt-3020sd

you have to just press # followed by 652 access code
then you will hear the tone twice. now take the time you have with the formula above

example time is now 6:10:30pm you press #652 wait for tone, the enter 181030 then press # to accept. It helps if you just have a cell or a standard clock that you want to sync. I personally use my works computer and wait to the time is even say 5pm easier so i would just wait to that time to adjust the phones clock. #652 tone look at computer clock and press 170000 just before it hits that time and when it does i just press # and viola its sync. that is just me. you can set it what ever time you want. if you dont care about being a few seconds off the just round it up and just press # its almost 720am so heck just #652 and wait for tone and dial 070000 and then # and your set.

Date is alittle easier.

again its just #651 Month day year 03 10 2008 03102008 # done. I hate this ****** daylight savings time

WEll good luck it took me 2 hrs of searching to finially get this answer and now i am sharing it

Where i finally found the info

Cancel camped on tones

Steve, Yes. The question is what is the model / revision level or type of Toshiba system? The Dkt-2010 works on a few and some use different "codes" or software when setting up a digital station port. I have around 30 Years Exp. on this stuff. and can still be challenged by some systems. I am assuming you are connected to a Statacom system but I would need a model nuber on the main cabinet to help. Oh, I my customer would pay $40.00 trip charge & $80.00 per hour, which I pro - rate @ 15 min. increments. Most others nail you for a (1) hour min. post a reply I will help. Bob
