When I print it. 3 out of the 12 months came out alright, rest are blurry.

  • tiffany2004 Feb 23, 2009

I will try this but it prints everything else fine. Will let you know.

    Thank you

Nothing that you recommended helped. I went to the Office Max and computer guy said that the pixels had not been set to print a 8 1/2 x 11 page. I came home and tried it again on 8 1/2 x 11 and still eithre pixels or blurry. I downsized the paper to 5 x 7 and it printed just fine. BUT I had already printed the pics on 8 1/2 x 11 so wasted 30 sheets of cardstock. Please mark on the pattern how big a paper it will work on.

    Thank you

Hi there.
Use the the printers software utility to clean the heads, re-align the cartridges and also manually clean the rollers on the printer and then print a test page, if all goes well try print Simply Paisley again, also check the ink levels too as i don't think its the software that's the problem but rather the printer itself.

Good luck and thanks for using Fixya!!!

Im wanting to remove some of my arcsoft programs that i do not use which ones can i remove without affecting the basic program?

First, make sure you have the Arcsoft disk in case you change your mind. I remember seeing the Arcsoft programs several years ago, they came with some printer I bought. If you have your Arcsoft disk, then you are free to experiment with options.

Look under Add/Remove Programs, and see how many entries you see for Arcsoft. There may just be one, I don't really know. But if there are several, then try to make intelligent choices about what you remove and what you keep. I'm not sure what you're using this for - - - anyhow, it says "Cards and Calendars", so those are the 2 main functions. Maybe if you're not using Calendars, you could remove that.

But I have a hunch it's probably just a single suite with these 2 functions built in. Let me know if this helps.

BTW, if you don't have your Arcsoft disk, I would not recommend uninstalling ANY part of the suite. For example, if it came pre-loaded on your computer, the only way to get it back may be to do a total, "factory reinstall" where you format the hard drive and put everything back the way it was when you bought it.

Thanks ~Jim :-)

Anytime Organizer Problems

You could try using 'map network drive' to create a drive letter reference for your network file location. I don't know what operating system you're using, but you should be able to find this option in Windows Explorer.

Select a drive letter that you're not likely to use for anything else (such as X), and enter the path to the file you're trying to use.
( //<your server>/.../ ).

Once this is done you can refer to the file as X:/<your file name> instead of //<your server>/../<your file name>

I hope this helps, let me know if you need any more detail on this!

Outlook 2007

Most reported problems of this type have involved the Calendar, and allowing the display of tasks. If your calendar is activated, and tasks permitted to display simultaneously (default operation), this is often the cause.

If this does not apply to your situation, we can investigate further, if you could tell me a little more about your OS and hardware. Thanks for rating FixYa!
