Retrieval of contacts from my phone after the screen goes white

Firstly, did you try removing the battery from the phone and leaving it out overnight? This might solve you white screen issue. Secondly, is your phone able to boot into file transfer mode? The final solution would be to flash your phone to fix the firmware and then you will have access to your data. Here is more info:
