Question about Apple iPod nano
I was listening to my ipod just fine when I skipped a few songs and it just froze on one screen. It shows as if it's on "now playing" but the timing @ the bottom left is @ 0:00.
The light on the screen is on and doesn't turn off.
This has never happened before so I'm clueless, please help!
Slide the hold/lock switch on and off and then hold down the "Menu" button and the center button for about 5 seconds. If this doesnt restart your iPod, try the same procedure, but instead, hold down the "Menu" button and the "Play/Pause" button for 5 seconds. This should reset your iPod.
Hope it works!

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
