I am unable to replicate it against SB4220-0.6.3.0-SCM-01-NOSH
Perhaps you could try and get AT&T to upgrade your CM and see
if it still applies.
This might be something Motorola has already fixed seeing as
your CM is a few revs

It doesn't seem to work with a Motorola Surfboard 4100
(SB4100E-4.1.4-SCM9-NOSHELL) either, which is older judging on the
version nr.
Maybe it's a problem only found in the 4200?
