If you dont have the code in the owners manual or with the papers that came with the car, then your gonna have to call your local acura dealer and talk to someone in tech services and they can look up your vin/serial number and give you the code.

when the battery is un pluged the radio demand for a code . Try the date code : 2935 or 1234 or 0000 , look for the number on the back of the sun shade , if nothing work , you have to send it to a sevice shop to be re programmed
Certain headunits be it factory and/or aftermarket have lock codes in them so in the event that someone were to steal your radio they would not be able to use it. Most of the factory unlock codes are in the vehicles owners manual. you can check there but if its not there you're going to have to go to the dealer to have it unlocked. Most of the time they will not and sometimes cannot give those codes out over the phone. Hope this helps...
