Question about Samsung Tocco F480 - Pay Monthly Cellular Phone

Diverting active when i try and call someone it just says "diverting active" then it says "rejected" can anybody help?

    my tocco f480 is unlocked. It has been working great with t-mobile for 4 months. it just started to not send or recieve any calls or messages - it says rejected. put the sim in another phone and it works great. If i put a 3 sim in the tocco it also works great. Put the working t-mobile sim back in the tocco and the problem is there again.....

    i have flashed it with later feb 09 firmware and it made no differance.

    any idears..... please help....

How to get diverting active off phone


This should work; Hit the 'Phone' Icon; Then hit the 'Settings' key (Lwr left) which should open a box with three options; Choose 'Call settings' which gives you the screen you need to set up diverting, blocking and forwarding of calls. 'Call forwarding' allows you to enable or disable this service, while at the top; 'Call rejection' allows you to choose whether or not to automatically block individual numbers or all unknown numbers etc.
Go into each option's menu-choices and get to know where everything is.
I hope this helps you sort things out.

I cant contact any number evry time i make a call on my nokia C3 phone. this active all incoming call diverts always pops and it rejects my call ..i tried to fix it in my call settings but it doesnt...


In the settings, did you click on the option of 'cancel all diverts'..try doing this and after confirmation, switch off and switch on the phone. Your problem would be fixed

Hi, You can use this instruction to activate and de-activate Call divert .Works on all phone


Turning Call Divert On

by Touch Tone phone

Step 1 Lift the receiver and listen for the dial tone.
Step 2 Press the Divert On button if using an Optus OneTouch phone, or dial *78 from any other touch tone phone.
Step 3 Listen for three beeps followed by a continuous tone.
Step 4 Dial the telephone number to which the calls are to be diverted.
Step 5 Listen for two short beeps, confirming the diversion.
Step 6 Replace the receiver


Turning Call Divert Off

Step1 Lift the receiver and listen for the dial tone
Step2 Press the Divert Off button if using an Optus OneTouch phone, or dial #78 from any other touch tone phone
Step3 Listen for two short beeps to confirm removal of the diversion
Step4 Replace the receiver.



Other Call Divert Options - Selective Calls
With selective call options, you can choose which numbers you wish to divert, accept or reject by adding these numbers to a list. You can list up to 30 numbers for each call option.

Turning On or Off Selective Call Options

Step1 Lift the receiver and listen for the dial tone
Step2 Press the access code for the service you require. You will hear a prompt telling you the status of the service and how many telephone numbers you have on your list. To turn the service on/off press 3.

Access codes Dial
*63 for Selective Call Divert Dial
*68 for Selective Call Accept Dial
*60 for Selective Call Reject
Step3 For Selective Call Divert you will then hear the 'divert to' number that is currently entered. If this number is correct press 1. If it is incorrect, press 0, then re-enter the phone number you wish to have your calls diverted to. When turning this feature off dial 3 again.
Step 4 The feature is now on/off.
Step 5 Replace the receiver.


Note: You can divert calls to a local, national or mobile. However, you cannot divert calls to emergency, 0055, 1900, 008, 1800, 0050, 13, 1300 or international numbers.

I have a Samsung GT S3650 Corby/Genio Touch and i was playing with my phone and somehow i added someone to the reject list and i need them off the reject list. Can someone please help me fix my mistake?


go to menu> settings> application settings > call> all calls> auto reject. In this u can either turn off auto reject by setting activation to 'off', or unselect any nos u added by mistake to the reject list

My nokia 3110c shows a message like active incoming call diverts when ever i dial a number what does it mean?


It means that you have set up that incoming calls will be diverted (to your voicemail usually) when your "line is engaged", ie when you talk with someone on the phone.

There are 3 diverts: divert on busy, on not available (switched off or out of range) and on no answer (when you don't answer after a certain period).
Depending on operator, they can be activated or deactivated individually, or all three at the same time. The latter option is bad in my opinion - who needs divert on busy? If the phone is busy, try again in a couple of minutes I say...

Anyway, this message is nothing to worry about.

hi im josh in cebu phils. may i help you? if it happened the call or your call is diverted to restricted area. you can go to phone settings then call setting then change the diverted or disable it. re direct the call on. or try to reset defaults to solve the problem. no problem in your phone it is in your setting so try to work for it. good luck hope i helped you.

Call Divert
The GSM standard knows two kinds of call divert:
  • Unconditional call divert
  • Conditional call divert
Conditional call divert occurs on any of three conditions:
  • Divert if no answer after 'x' seconds
  • Divert if unavailable (cellphone switched off or out of range)
  • Divert if line busy
Furthermore, the GSM standard knows three different types of call:
  • Voice call: normal communications when you pick up the phone to talk to someone.
  • Fax calls: the GSM terminal being called is a fax machine.
  • Data calls: your cellphone is acting as a modem hooked up to a computer accepting inbound data from elsewhere.
Each call type is assigned a number: 11 for voice calls, 13 for fax calls, 25 for data calls.

You can activate or cancel conditional call divert on your device. To do so:

##62# : Cancel divert for all call types
##62*11# : Cancel divert for voice calls
##62*13# : Cancel divert for fax calls
##62*25# : Cancel divert for data calls

This code does not hurt your device only helps it to tell it what to do in certain situation of a voice, data, or fax call.

PHONE WILL NOT RING


Hi it sounds like your problem is that the call diverts are set to divert all calls what you need to do is goto settings then goto call settings then look for call divert settings what you need to do is cancel all diverts and then go through them one by one and just
activate divert if off (activating this one goes to ans phn if phn off
activate divert if busy ( goes to ans phn if your on phone call)
activate divert if out of reach (goes to ans phn if no signal)
After doing these settings then your phone should ring when someone calls you.
Before you activate any divert setting select cancel all diverts then get someone to ring you and make sure phone rings the screen will now display whos callind and the phone should also ring.

Cancel All Active Diverts And Call Barring.
If it asks for a password.i think the default is 0000.
