While formating the hard disk of a Branded laptop, make sure that you have either the Brands Installation Disk, or the apt drivers which would match the Hardware of the Board. As its difficult for you to determine the hardware specification using the Device Manager which you will find in the control panel - System Property - Hardware <Tab> Device Manager and check the details of the drivers for that motherboard. For the current situation please download the driver from the link below and install. Hope this resolves your Issue.
check if the sound card is properly installed.
- go to start, point to computer, click manage, then click device manager. if there's a yellow sign on your audio, you need to install your audio driver
Then go to control panel, system ,hardware ,device manager option There if u find any question mark or exclamation mark in yellow Color that means sound drivers are not installed properly please reinstall sound drivers properly
If no question mark or exclamation mark then check the cable connections of the speaker to the machine
In control panel , select sound audio devices open it there u have volume, sounds, audio, voice, hardware options
1)See whether it is mute 2)In audio option select default audio device and recording device should be same
