Well the L7 15'' solo-baric subs are rated at 1000 watts RMS, so that would be 3000 watts of RMS amplifier power you would need to supply to adequately power all of them. I also suggest that an amp capable of producing more power than what is needed is usually better in order to prevent the amplifier from running at maximum capacity for long periods. In short your amplifier will power those subs, however you will only be able to supply 1500 RMS watts to the three subs so you will only be pushing the subs to 50% of their rated capacity while using 100% of amp capacity which will make your amp run "hot" and your subs run "weak", but if you're in a pinch it will work. Your best bet in this situation is to wire the setup so that the subs and amp are operating at minimum ohm stable impendence (usually 2 ohm). Seeing that you have 3 subs begging for 3,000 watts of power and you are only going to give it half of what it wants, I would suggest upgrading the amp or at least buying another one so that you can bridge the wattage and redistribute to all three subs with the correct impendence.
the best way to wire it is @ 1 ohm, but your amp has to be a 1 ohm stable amp. i'll attach some pics for you. this wiring depends on what ohm your subs are. Option #2 Wiring Option #3 Option #2 Wiring Option #3 Option #2 Wiring Option #3 Option #2 Wiring Option #3
For a each sub, connect one of the "+" terminals on the sub to one of the "-" terminals. This makes each sub 4 ohms.
Connect the unused "+" terminals of each sub together. Do the same with the unused "-" sub terminals. This makes the sub combination 2 ohms.
Then connect the "+" and "-" sub terminals from the above step to the amp.
If the subs are dual 4 ohm voice coils, you can't connect both subs in any fashion to get a 2 ohm impedance. The best you can do is make a single sub 2 ohms by connecting both "+" terminals together and both "-" terminals together or the pair of subs 4 ohms by doing the same, then connecting one sub's "+" terminals to the other sub's "-" terminals, then connecting the other "+" and "-" terminals to the amp.
So you have to run both of the subs to your amp so that its see's 2ohms. The L7's probably have to voice coils to connect both the positive's together and both the negatives together to the positive and negative on your amp
With 2 ohm dvc a sub can output either a 1 or 4ohm load.therefore with 2 subs you end up with 2ohm or 8ohm load.Of course you'll use the 2ohm connection which is this.....
Take one sub and connect the (-) with the other (-) and the (+) with the (+).
Do the same with the other sub.Each sub now carries out a 1ohm load and you end up with 2 pairs of cable.Now take one(+)and put it on the amp.Take the (-) from the OTHER pair(this is critical) and connect it on the amp.You will still have a(-) from the first pair and a (+) from the other pair!Well....connect them together!!!Thus you'll have a 2 ohm load on the amp!
