There may not be a code set that applies to your TV' there is no such thing as a 'universal' remote and the farther apart the two are in time, the less likely it is that you will find a code set that works.
A new remote is more likely to have a code set for an older TV but the reverse is not possible.
Your Durabrand AND the Magnavox are both made by Funai so check their website for info on both.
You might also try the brands listed below to see if any of their code sets work, all are made by Funai:
Funai, Symphonic, Sylvania, Emerson, Aventura, Durabrand,
ESA, Magnavox, Insignia, Philipsand Misakai
BTW, when buying one of the remotes claiming to be 'universal,' check the remote manufacturer's website by model number BEFORE buying it to see if they have those devices listed you want to control.
" Durabrand is a chain of different manufacturers. Durabrand is chained with Lenoxx Sound, Alco, Funai (which would also include Emerson, Sylvania, and Symphonic), Orion, Maxell, Resonance, Initial Technology, and many other different companies. The prices of a majority of their products are often considered loss leaders."
You can get Replacement Wiring Harnesses from the Durabrand Website under Parts. Or Check out Crutchfield.com and see if they have a Replacement. Go to the Customer Service Part. Please Rate My Response! Thanks!
