Service station Motor not working or not rotating
Take out carriage assembly from serve station area.(Power on printer wait till service station un lock carriage, switch off main power, take out carriage assembly from service station. If service station not releasing the carriage assembly, my sincere advise "call for service personnel")
Remove right cover, check service station motor connector, connectivity cables,if no damage found, remove service station, check any paper particles jammed inside?any obstructions?any gear damage?.. shoot the problem, other wise replace service station..
This activity is advisable for the service personnel only.

The printer makes a grinding/squeaking sound when printing. The sound seems to be coming from the top rollers at the back of the printer.

This sound possibilly from top of the right side, open right cover refix the deplex drive gear set if not presists, inter change the duplex drive gears(these two similar gears drives white & black gears easily locatable).....

Operation stop after one use. All you heard is a continuous shutter sounds found on the scanner or photostat copy section. How can isolate this kind of trouble?

This is already a possible hardware issue.

If its making unexpected or noisy sounds while operating gears inside of it is causing the issue. You cannot fix it unless you change gears inside of it which is very mechanical and only the manufacturer can do.

Try calling Hp support 18004746836 because for this type of issues they can enroll you to their loyalty program where you can upgrade your printer to newer version.Take advantage of it!

Hope I help you a bit

Thanks

Orange light on drum. drum making a loud hammering sound when printer is put on or attempting to print.

Sounds like a broken drum drive gear. Try another known good drum assembly first. Parts can be googled and found. But, difficult for end user to replace. You have to remove all covers and fuser asm. Then gear housing from the left side to change the drum drive gear.
