i've laptop HP_CompaQ Presario C795TU in Window XP SP3 system...i've try to connect LAN at my office but it still unplugged???!!!!!! & i've try to connect to other cable LAN it's same problem.... i need solve this problem ASAP....please.......

You should start with checking to see if there is an updated driver for your network card. If not try removing the network adapter under the device manager and restarting the computer. If that doesn't work email me and I'll give you a few more ideas.

You need to download the drivers from the Compaq/HP WEB support/download page. Make sure you select your model laptop and the XP Windows version of the drivers you require and install them. Click on this link to download the drivers: - www.compaq.com/country/cpq_support.html
RESTART YOUR COMPUTER, ON REBOOT, CLICK F10 WHEN YOUR CHANGE BOOT OPTIONS SCREEN COMES UP. YOU MUST PRESS F10 QUICKLY OR IT WILL LOAD WINDOWS AND YOU WILL HAVE TO RESTART AGAIN. ONCE YOU GET INTO THE BIOS SETUP UTILITY GO TO SYSTEM CONFIGURATION, SCROLL DOWN TO BOOT OPTIONS CLICK ENTER. GO DOWN TO INTERNAL NETWORK ADAPTER BOOT AND ENABLE IT. GO TO SAVE AND EXIT. IT SHOULD BE WORKING WHEN YOU RESTART YOUR COMPUTER.
