I'm assuming you are using this as an only monitor for the PC...
What resolution is the screen (max) and what are you trying to put into it? If the video output of the PC is too much it won't 'see' it sometimes... try lowering the PC resolution to that of the screen.

If it's a second monitor, you have to go into the screen settings on the PC and tell it to either 'mirror' (or duplicate) the existing monitor on it or extend the screen on another monitor.

Sorry I can't be more specific as I don't know what the screen or PC (computer) is...

Look at the function keys (F1 to F12) in your computer since there is a shortcut key in it. Look for a key with an icon resembling like a TV and a PC Screen with a slash. It's like TV/Monitor icon.

Now with the PC (laptop?) hooked with the TV, (the tv showing no signal), hold down the FN key and press that function key with the TV/Monitor icon.

Your computer may be sending out a video signal that's too high of a resolution for your TV to display. Try reducing the resolution of the computer video signal.

No signal

This problem requires you to test both the monitor and the signal input form you cable tv setup. Set the monitor up on a computer and see if it works properly. If it does then you may have a problem with the signal conversion of the cable tv to the monitor. It also could be a weak signal that drops below the monitors sensitivity levels. Have your cable tv repairman check the signal levels on your lines. Another way to test this is to hook up is with a different monitor to test your setup and see if it works. If after testing you find, the monitor does not work properly, then you need to have it serviced. Hope This Helps.

Can't get picture

Hello matthew95765,
The TV is working, the message is coming from the dish box. What you need to do is to determine if the dish box is connected to the dish and that it has signal at the box, because the message it is delivering to the TV is that it is not receiving signal from the satellite. so you have to check the connection at the satellite and at the box because those are the only point that can generate the error you are getting.
I hope this helps,
Thank you,
